Hi,

I'm looking for a platform or library to run live and backtest a couple of strategies. I'm ok to have separate options for live trading and backtesting.

* It supports tick by tick data. Ideally BidAsk and Trades but Last/Trade only is fine too.
* Interactive Brokers as a broker
* Performance is not very important
* Language is not important
* I don't need multiple instruments, timeframes or complex portfolios support
* Price is not an issue but ideally I try it for free

What are my options? Thanks

Tradingview has good strategy testing and charting. Not free. SPY data is good but ES is delayed unless you pay more for data.
