Not sure if this is quite what you're looking for but I use https://flowbots.ninja/product/scalper-ticket/?v=7516fd43adaa and just use the enter key and arrows for quick ordering.

Looks a lot like it but the main thing it is missing (i think ), is the ability to automatically adjust your position size according to the stop loss which is an enormous timesaver when scalping on seconds charts
