Kinetick has been out since at least Saturday--11/14/22--morning.
There has been no communication from anyone regarding the outage.
There has been no response to emails.
A number of people have posted this issue on the NT forum.
There has been no response from NT.
At the very least customers deserve an explanation.
Very unprofessional.
Has anyone had good experience with other data providers?
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
This happened back in July too. Terrible service. No communication from them (or Ninja) about it at all. I'm looking at switching to other options too possibly. last time was a couple days if I recall
When the end is unknown and the distance is unknown...That's when you find out who you are.

Someone in the NT forum posted a work around using IQ feed.
And it worked.
Apparently that was the fix that ninja came up with in July.
NT should have sent an email with the fix or posted it in their forum.
I have 2 Kinetick datafeeds and 4 other friends who are also on Kinetick said they are not getting any data today either, Monday Nov 14, 2022. No communication from Kinetick.
Please try to logon again, I am able to logon now.
