Indicator that marks % on bar

I am looking for an indicator that draws cross marks/lines on a bar indicating the
half and/or quarter point on the bar. In other words, the 50% or 25% level on the
bar itself. I saw. and even tried an indicator just like that in the D/L section many years
ago, but did not have a need for it at the time but need it now. Any ideas?
