hello Ninja trader community

I have Ninja script strategy automation project, for months I have tried programmers from Upwork, fiver, freelancer, Ninja script ecosystem. some of them walk away from beginning as they can't do it. the rest of them either give up in the middle or at the end when they can't fix coding bugs, usually duplicate entry, skipped entry, wrong entry.

what I observe is if they can't get it right from the first time, they probably won't get it even after 100 times. the issue here is time wasting and money holding for weeks without interest.

now with Top talent, they work based on contract which means like 100 hours contract and charge $100 per hour. that cover needed time for the project and extra left. of course, the cost will be 3-5 times higher than the regular programming sites.

the question is this, can they get the job done with high quality? are they that good? what about communications with them are they willing to make calls and view project live on screensharing to understand my requirements and discuss details of parameters and etc...

Thanks never, but I avoid private coders I prefer 3rd party in the middle to avoid scamming and ensure refund of payments in case coder failed to deliver required work.

I would image you will have a tough time finding a "much, much" stronger development option than Sam would recommend.

Harry, @Fat Tails, at https://www.lizardindicators.com/ is one of the most respected names in the Ninjatrader community.
I have seen a page on his site that mentions he will consider project work.
