Ninja Trader Fixed my Issue

Hello Forum,
I don't know Ninja Trader found my post here on Futures.io but they found it and then they reached out to me on THEIR OWN ACCORD AND HELPED ME FIX THE ISSUE!

That was awesome.

I was having a connection issue == Ninja was just stuck on Yellow Connection Dot.

But Ninja Trader reached out to me ON THEIR OWN ACCORD AND FIXED THE SITUATION!! WOW!

Honestly never have had a brokerage or a trading platform company do that for me.

Thank you NT! you guys rock!

Yea -- I wanted to thank them because THEY LITERALLY CONTACTED >>> ME <<< out of nowhere.

and then fixed the issue -- so that was freaking great.


FOR FUTURE REFERENCE >>>


If anyone has that problem:

The solution was:

Shut Down Ninja

Go to:
"C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 8\db\NinjaTrader.sqlite"



Then Dennis from Ninja Trader -- changed the name to testNinjaTrader.sqlite

that made Ninja trader create a new database file without corrupted files.

So really -- just delete the older file or rename it.
