I have just registered with the American broker stage5, he is talking to me about opening a retirement savings account
can I withdraw my money from this US account before I turn 80?
do you know of a similar situation?

Your Bio says your French. Why would you want an American retirement account? A quick google search says you need to be a US resident to open an IRA.

I don't want to open an IRA account
I told my broker that I am French I sent him my information and signed a whole bunch of documents for the sole purpose of accessing the flow to train on the US indices on sierrachart in the future
he but has 30 pages signed and a form sent by email to this famous IRA which also stipulates that I am a minor which is false I sent the signed document back in a hurry like an idiot I know..
the trainer told me it was fine that he had received the same docs and who could withdraw his money at any time
I did not send my bank and other information to finalize the opening of the account I will contact him later its been 4 months
