Some explanation of what you're doing, please. Lists of times are sort of meaningless without context/explanation/comment.
So are the one-liner comments in your other posts.
We like to be open to any point of view here, but what is it? Where do these times come from, for instance. As it is, no one is really likely to look at these lists and certainly not to risk any money using them in trading.
