I finally upgraded to 8.0.27.1 last week and had nothing but problems. Now I'm back on 8.0.26.1.

I've upgraded to 8.0.27.1 on four different machines, and no problem at all...

My Charts were freezing constantly & throwing up an error message: "Write lock may not be acquired with read lock held."

I spent ages trying to reproduce the issue. I'm a professional .NET engineer and I have been a prolific Ninjatrader-bug reporter over the years. But for once I was not able to trace/reproduce the problem.

8.0.26.1 is rock-solid stable for me.

I'm convinced there is a problem in 27.1 there's a definite up-tick in reports similar to mine since the 8.0.27.0 release. But it seems the vast majority of people have no issues, like yourself.

Probably something to do with Sqlite, this is the main change and a I suppose a write lock is used for it.
Latest .Net updates installed?
