The support via the Forums used to be excellent. The last year or so its like the staff just can't be bothered.

You write a detailed bug report with reproducible steps..... to show that strategies using the "Unmanaged approach" often attempt to submit orders when the market it closed. NT Support pass it off as "Expected behavior".

It took a load of insistence and two video demonstrations to get them to take it seriously.

I think Support of any service is just people ... sometimes they have a good day/week, sometimes not. Talking to support of IQFeed/Polygon is sometimes great and sometimes, you have to write five messages just to make the support person understand what the problem is, dodging their misleading answers along the way.

Is the support quality of NT really consistently worse over the last year? On Polygon support, some people are sharp and some are less so ... can it be that your tickets were given to a particular person every time?

It's a symptom of their success. Consider yourself lucky to even still be able to run strategies. The new NinjaTrader web app has removed strategies all together.
