your request is a bit ambiguous. Using the data on separate charts is not a problem. I am not sure how you could combine them on one chart i.e. use 3rd party data for the history and add realtime data from TS to it.
There used to be a software called Owndata (another one is TSData +) that allowed using other datafeeds with Tradestation. I am not sure if it is still available or if it can help you with what you have in mind, but if your goal is to combine two datafeeds on the same you might want to look into this further.
