Does anyone know how to create an indicator that would copy the $ADSPD Think of Swim indicator for NT8?

I'm using the Advance Decline indicator created by 3rd party made for NT8 but it does not match the TOS indicator.

If you go to Symbol Serach and type S&P in Keyword and select Market Statistic in instrument type it will list them all.
