Some time ago I needed to find out the current futures margin values for my broker Interactive Brokers (for some position size and risk management purpose).

If someone is interested how to use NinjaTrader to read information from a web page, look at the attached indicator.

The indicator downloads the current margin values and prints them into the output window. Everything is commented, so you can simply change the code for your own purposes and insert the code as a part of your indicator. I hope it will be useful to someone (at least part of the code) and save him some time .

Ahoj asfaxi,

tohle je přesně ten indikátor, který jsem hledal. Díky moc za sdílení. Jen by mě zajímalo, zda ho nemáš i ve verzi pro NT8. Díky moc

...and now in the English version...

Hello asfax,

this is exactly the indicator I was looking for. Thanks so much for sharing. I was just wondering if you have it in the NT8 version as well. Thanks a lot

Alternatively, if someone has already converted it, would you mind sharing.

Hi Emun,
here is the required version for NT8. I have changed the IB website address with margins and one small adjustment, because searched symbol is now also found at the bottom of the web page in the "Futures - Intraday Margin Requirements" section.
Good luck
