What's up with Kinetick?

Hi, Does anyone know what's up with Kinetick? I sent an email early this morning to add something to my feed and received an email back a short time ago from NinjaTrader saying my email was being forwarded to Kinetick! Whenever I sent messages previously, they were actioned very quickly. Wondering if this is a new level of indirection being introduced to the new Ninjatrader "cleanup" which seems to have made the support go downhill.. Thanks, iq
