I'm new to futures and come from candle stick reading
And now I'm using NT with order flow chart. I havnt been consistently profitable
And just curious from the pro guys here. For scalping es or nq, I have many charts
up, but the order flow software I'm using the creators suggest the 15 range. I'm getting
Mixed results, I'm sure it's not entirely the 15 range but rather understanding the order flow print chart.
Any preferences trading es or nq using 1min or 15 range or? And why?

For me the 8 range chart in es and the 24 range chart in nq works best. In my opinion, these ranges fit best with the current standard rotation of the markets.

For ES it s 4 and 12.
During thinner markets/faster movements I prefer 6 and 12.

I use a 10 Range for ES and 1 Minute on NQ ..... currently going through a similar conundrum however with technical indicators to use or not to use haha
