If you're trying to trade in TS and send orders to IB, you can do that via Ninja. Unfortunately, the unmanaged NTDirect DLL is no longer working or supported with NT 8. However, you can create OIF files in TS and write them to the appropriate folder in Ninja and they will be executed. The TS email interface may be another option, but I have no experience with it. I have used the DLL and OIF approach successfully.
