The short answer is: No. However, if you have issues, need to know if a feature exist or how to use that feature their Support people will help out. Their Support is technical not programming.

I've used MultiCharts but to be honest their support is not that great. I would say TradeStation support is better, and NinjaTrader even better than that. From my understanding MultiCharts is sort of a reversed engineered version of TradeStation done by Russians. I have always been hesitant of the MultiCharts platform because what will happen to the company in the future I do not know. NinjaTrader seems like a much stronger company with a much bigger following.

nope, you're on your own on developing stuff. well, you've got this website and other sites, but that's about it.
having said that, their Support is great in answering product related questions.
