I've lost the standard studies and strategies, indicators, paintbars etc that comes with Tradestation after a powersurge and the computer did a restart. How do I get this back? I've done a re-install but its still not showing up. Does anyone know where I can find them to re-import them? Or another solution? Thx
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
That sounds crazy. Never heard anything like that before.
Did TradeStation shrug their shoulders and tell you good luck?
Were they familiar with this issue?
I would suggest posting this in the official TS forum. Depending on what exactly is missing there are different steps requires to get the studies back and the support should be able to help you with the correct approach.
I contacted TS Technical Support and they helped me to resolve the issue. The main part of the fix was to go to the easy language editor and run the "verify all" command. Besides that it was the closing of duplicate instances of files in Task manager and a reboot, re-initialize and I was good to go again.
