Hi all-
I'm confused about Front Months and Rollovers in Sierra Chart.
The GCM23 contract that I thought would be trading through most, or at least part of June, just died before first notice on 5/26.
When I compare the GCQ23 contract, the volume per day is almost identical for both contracts going back a few months. They are both set to not rollover so I don't think I'm seeing a continuous contract but there is something weird going on.
Can anyone shed some light on this mystery?
Thanks in advance--

The June Gold-Contracts rolls the last May-week to August, so the current front month is crystal clear the Aug-contract GCQ3. Gold rollover is every 2 month, but for whatever reason nobody trades the Oct contract (except some instituations), so the next rollover will be the last week of July to the Dec-contract.
