does anyone know a good programmer who can create a custom program (scratch or excel) which i can dictate how i want tape displayed. nothing out there does it the way i desire

When you say 'tape', are you talking about time & sales? Can you describe what you want? maybe there might already be an indicator out there that does what you want.
