Does anybody else here use Quantower, and if so, do they ever notice that stop limits do not adjust perfectly?

When I go to set a stop via mouse drag, the stop often sets several ticks above / below where I've indicated. Some egregious scenarios have seen it set multiple points away. I've attempted hovering longer, being very deliberate with where I drag to, etc -- nothing seems to work, and I can't see any rhyme or reason to why it won't accept an exact stop.

It's a serious problem that I can't find any documentation on anywhere. If I can't fix it I'll certainly change platforms, likely to Sierrachart. Has anybody else encountered this?

Sounds like an issue that you need to notify the developers about. If they haven't already fixed it they are usually really fast at fixing bugs once they are told about them.

Probably that's because the mouse is not snapping on the ticks so if you move your orders with your cursor up or down in a chart, they will land on the next best tick above/below your cursor, depending on your zoom level this could be a few ticks away than planned.

I wrote Quantower support in 2020 about this issue, they didn't understand what I mean after explaining them 3 times, they said they can't add snapping cursor because of drawing tools, I told them it's not a drawing app . So I switched back to Sierra Chart where the cursor snaps always to the ticks exactly.

I vote for Sierra Chart. Great platform to trade on.
