Ill share a recent issue with Apex Trader Funding, this past Wednesday CPI morning, Sept 13, 2023........
a few minutes before 10 am i lost control over a few trades as there was clearly an issue with Ritmic, attached is a snapshot of Apex (Darrell R Martin's) FB post..... confirming such on Sept 13th, I just thought that it was really odd that when i asked kindly for confirmation on Rithmic's problem I was told to go call them myself, Apex I guess fixed accounts from exactly 10am till noon, so basically what im saying is just be careful when picking these companies, look at everything, this has happened in the past also, you don't want to be in 20 PA's or any number and have to be fighting other issues as trading is hard enough, they were unwilling to help me even though i clearly had a problem a few minutes before 10am. I was just having fun as a few of us decided to see who could pass just for fun, I was $50 away a few minutes before 10am , lol...
Just my most recent experience, that's all
Good luck !
This was a hard week with Apex copier, Apex Funding, NT8 and Rithmic. Many of us lost money and accounts about to make it to PA. Apex did fix 3 accounts for me when Rithmic went haywire. They were red due to the hang ups and they set them back to the prior day's closing balance.
I had other issues on other days they would not help me with and I got the run around between Apex Funding and Apex Investments (copier).
Good luck to everyone on these systems. Maybe there are just too many of us trading now and the systems can't communicate quickly enough.

There were issues last week with Rithmic?
I traded all week and didn't notice anything. Maybe it's because I'm not using Rithmic's data feed directly as Sierra Chart replaces it with it's own.
Wow, that's a pretty cold and abrupt response. They claim on their site that they are looking for "partners", this is clearly BS as you are just a wallet to them.
This is why I always trade my Apex Rithmic accounts only through my vps with ninjamobiletrader because never have any connection issues even when some others say their Rithmic disconnects at home. I think the lower microseconds connection to Rithmic through it helps too.
Also for trade copier, I had some slippage with the Apex copier back when I used it. Might be worth checking out Flowbots Replikanto instead because it's the same price as Apex copier, no slippage, and has additional features like copying between multiple Rithmic prop firms, so I've got it copying from Apex to earn2trade and topstep
Sorry to hear you had issues. I've had them before and it sucks. In case you weren't aware here are some tips to quickly exit trades in case of issues (for rithmic accounts only)
FYI the apex trade copier is the flowbots app, just reskinned and without the ability to use credits to trades across the internet. I'm assuming that means the Apex version is a different fork, so maybe its behind on some quality of life updates that would fix the slippage
