I'm very comfortable writing indicator and strategy Ninjascript code (not just via using SB). And both price/indicator based as well as orderflow based algorithms.

So far the things that I've tried fall in the category of floating in and out of profitability. But making slow steady progress.

Hello, I have been developing algorithms for about the last 2 years. I've seen success with some, others have been flat out losers and the remainder have floated in and out of profitability depending on the overall market context. I'm at the stage where I'm trying to diversify my portfolio so that I can spread my risk by increasing the number of uncorrelated algos. To achieve this I thought I'd reach out to this community as I want to connect with likeminded people who would be willing to share profitable algo strategy ideas. If you have a profitable automated strategy you'd be willing to share then I'd be willing to share one of mine. I currently have 12 profitable operational algos (I'm happy to share their performance) and I'm only interested in intraday algos. If this is something you'd be interested in then please let me know. A very good question. FYI, a link to a         server would not be allowed, due to forum rules.

This is not because of arbitrary restrictiveness. We regretted having to make the no-        rule, but         links have proved to be a come-on for vendors looking for sales prospects:

Hi, I'm happy to share ideas on this post but I'd prefer to discuss 1-1 by email/chat to give both sides an opportunity to establish if there is a mutual benefit to continuing the conversation.

I'm just starting out on my algo creating journey.

I've got lots of ideas and recently bought Bloodhound and blackbird to dip my toe in the water.

I'm also studying Robert Pardo's robust strategy creation process and how his organisation conduct their back testing.

I can't really add anything of value yet but I will soon.

Hope this discussion takes off.
