There are a few details missing in your request...
  • Are you intending to incorporate the line into a strategy, or is it primarily intended as a visual reference point on the chart?
  • What is the maximum number of lines the indicator should be capable of managing?
  • Should the line continue indefinitely towards the right side of the chart, or should it terminate at the conclusion of a trading session, a specific time point, or after a certain number of bars?

Thank you for the inquiry, such great questions for the details I failed to mention!

1. I would like to have the ability to build a strategy with these lines accessible as are the built in "priorday" and "currentday" indicators within ninjatrader. The visual reference would be desired as well.

2. Maximum number of lines... I would say 20 MAX. This would cover the OHLC for 3 days prior, the previous week OHLC (if possible the midpoint of the previous week as a level), the midnight price line and a few extra to spare.

3. The desired plotting on the chart would be similar to that of the prior day indicator, it essentially looks back one day and puts those OHLC levels on your current day chart. The goal would be to have the same outcome, going back 2, 3 days as well as previous week. The midnight line would exist until the next time we reach midnight at which point that price will be represented by a new horizontal line.

Please let me know if that answers your great questions and thank you again for the inquiry.
