is there a platform (extension for NinjaTrader, TradingView etc.) that is allowing to practice (to train) order flow without a time limit (of course without live trading)?

Yes, Ninjatrader itself. You need to open a demo account and install one of the many Orderflow indicators available (e.g FootprintV2). Once the 15 day free simulation runs out, open a new simulation account (the new login user and password to connect) and keep training as long as you want (generating a new account every 15 days).
