What happened to NT8 Support Dept. and [email protected]?

MY HUMBLE APOLOGY, if I post in the wrong place.

Am running into major problems before and during migration to NT8 new portal.

Am I the only one screaming for NT8 [email protected] BUT TO NO AVAIL?

And am not able to send mail, like I usually do, to [email protected] for immediate help; either?

Can anyone shed some light or advise; with much appreciation.

Am a livelong membership subscription with NT.

ASKING FOR ANYONE who can help. Much appreciation, everyone.
