I'm trying to share my live desktop NT8 screen with my nephew to help him understand a few concepts via a video call, but the NT8 screen just appears black; can't see any candles or indicators, but I can see the chart perimeter, and tabs at the bottom. I've tried Zoom, MS Teams but none of them work. The window is not minimized (checked that); always the same. I have tried on another laptop as well, but the same thing. I am tried multiple browsers, all the same. Not sure what has changed, but I was able to share the screen several months ago. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

i remember having a similar problem. After turning off "hardware accelaration" it worked.
