What are your thoughts on VFC, is it a good opportunity at the current price or value trap?

Compared to SP500 it currently sitting at 0.03% of SP500 which places it all the way back to 1980 ratio.

Still losing money, why buy a company that's not making any money.

The risk here is being dropped from the index, being bought out at an even cheaper price, a reverse split or chapter 11.
