Has anyone used a rasperry pi or a         bot to access your scripts from everywhere or, in addition, to give you push signals on your phone when certain signals are triggered in the script.

I'm thinking about writing a new script but this time I want to access it from everywhere and want to receive push signals. This is why I though of a personal         bot. Has anyone done a setup? How does the hosting work?

NTFY to get push notifications (on your phone and webbrowser)

For hosting I used virtual machine on a server.

For the Script I used JavaScript. The following node modules were really helpful:
forever (run scripts in the background)
node-cron (execute methods at certain times)
