I don't know if it's true of false, but it was submitted with an affidavit providing at least the appearance of credibility. I reattached a file at 's request from a link which posted previously, but the link is no longer functional.
From all available evidence, yes. Has he been found guilty in a court of law? I am not sure if that has happened yet, but looks like lawsuits are underway and his initial attorney firm fired him as a customer. Not a good sign

Few days ago I got an email with the words Vinny and scam. Didn't bother opening it just deleted. Funny, I never heard of him before all this. What's the story, was he a big youtuber like the ICT guy?
Everything about the guy is fake. All of his youtube subscribers are fake. See attached screenshot, his videos get under 1k views on a channel with 1.8 million subscribers.
