Rithmic doesnt support those symbols rithmic is only for futures you need to connect to a forex data supplier and a indian stock data provider to get tho nifty symbol

You can try out Accelpix data provider for Indian stocks (I am only a customer and this is not an advertisement). One good thing is you can also get consolidated Tick data even for INDEX like NIFTY which other provider don't give and it is 'one of the' cheapest considering they are NSE Authorized.

Edit: If you do end up getting their service, remember that they usually have summer sales between April-May where you can get more data for half the price. I usually wait for that deal every year.
