broker or cfd to avoid slippage

Trader Tom has recomended using td365 for trading cfd's . He is sayhing less slippage and better trades with a direct broker.

My questions are as followes. Does any body know a work around for an american to get a cfd account with td365 ?

#2 If not is there a broker that yall using thats good on slippage , fast and allows less fees as your trading goes up.

Note> i have ib and they are super slow ( a lot)

please advise.

It's actually illegal for any American to trade CFD's. Also if the offshore broker you use finds out that you are a American they can just cancel your account along with all of your funds. I wouldn't recommend trading CFD's and would just stick with futures. However DYOR.
