What platforms do people use for hand-off, algorithmic trading?

I use NT8 strategy and hosting the app on the cloud, but running into few issues. Looking to explore other options if possible.

My experience is every major trading platform has issues at times.

On a related topic:

"Hands off" is not realistic in my opinion with any retail platform.

PLUS, Exchange rules (at least for futures) state that automated trading MUST be supervised.

I have had traders I work with asked to explain how they are supervising their automated trading.

thanks Kevinkdog. Interactive Brokers (which I no longer use) did ask me if I was supervising my trades using their API from NT. However, one of the options they provided was 'supervising via alerts send to my email / SMS etc. Which I do.

FYI - IB's API gets reset at midnight (or thereabouts every day) - I think there is an option to have it reset every few days - but that also did not work for me.

I understand, and willing to manage / accept, the risks involved.

I have never found a hands off platform, and trust me I have looked.

And over the years, I have seen so many "one off" type glitches/anomalies that I don't think any platform could account for everything.

And even then, there is broker software, exchange software, windows software, etc - and all those come with all their hiccups too.

I have zero experience on this topic, just adding to the mix, by chance came across one by "Trade for Opportunity" on youtube entitled: " How to Connect a Trading Bot to a Prop Firm Challenge in Ninja 8" .
And he clearly states at the end while the bot could be used on the "evaluation" stage, no prop firm he's aware of allows it for live...

Thanks. I have been running NT8 on the cloud for the last 2 months with moderate success. But I do keep an eye on it several times a day. I am still in evaluation stage and only trade micros to reduce risk.
