This was one of the several questions I had when I started my one-week review of purchases and contracts.
In regard to the return of money with a favorable ruling a writ of execution will be issued or the Plaintiff can request it be issued if necessary. It will then be delivered to the debtor's banking institution requesting that funds be transferred to the Plaintiff. If there are insufficient funds the account is frozen until the amount awarded can be fulfilled.

In regard to an out of state Defendant it varies from state to state unfortunately. In Idaho it is where the action took place or happened.

My discussions with the ID Finance Securities Bureau stated it wasn't securities fraud as he was not making or giving bull/sell recommendations. I did find that the FBI will investigate these types of matters and can arrest, place charges and fine as necessary.
Why would anyone try to not fly right? The ramifications are steep as it is only a matter of time before the music stops.
HELP REQUEST: Big Mike, Moderator or anyone - There was a recent poll inquiring how many people had dealt with fraud via Vinny Emini. I've scoured the site and can't locate it and would like to include this in my evidence, where can I find the results of this poll?

That's too bad... at least Vinny's real brokerage accounts were exposed. Obviously his trading results are no surprise to anyone that wasn't born yesterday, but WOW, lost 1 million? No wonder he's able to sell his crap so well because he actually believed it himself.

This is about a youtuber named Mike Swartz, he used to be a affiliate for Algobox and post a lot of tutorials on how to use certain Algobox features. Pretty much seemed like Vinny shut his access off to the program because he wasn't promoting AlgoBox the way Vinny wanted him to. So he used a clause in Algobox's TOS to disable his access.....
Someone needs to come out and make a long video on Vinny, but not one wants to because Vinny just hides behind his lawyers..
He was very popular in the . He would always post about trading Algobox. Everyone actually liked the dude and then one day theres a message from "solman" saying hey I will be out on vacation. If you look at the last post I just made someone asked "Is solman still on vacation" This dude hasn't posted since....
Also Vinny and his crew are very good at covering up information. Look at picture of chat being cleared.
Update: Vinny E-mini or one of his workers has started posting on twitter using the handle @algoboxftw. However it is funny they are claiming to do a small account challenge again, but it’s videos are from his old small account challenge.
I've had plenty of interaction with this character. The more research and preparation for future events I do I find the following to ring true with this individual.

Have difficulty managing their emotions and behavior.

Feel depressed and moody because they fall short of perfection.
Have secret feelings of insecurity, shame, humiliation and fear of being exposed as a failure.
Only my opinion and I'm no psychologist, but if it quacks like a duck.....
So, after Vinny was outed as a fraud on X with $1M in losses and then he deleted a bunch of videos to cover up his tracks he now does what?
He now posts these outrageous videos with enormous amounts of profit on most days. One day was over a million. Seriously, this is comical to experienced traders and also dangerous to the newbies that believe this is factual activity. Is it time to report him to the Texas AG, Texas Securites Commission or the FBI, probably. One fight at a time for me, someone else in Texas needs to step up if they have been burned by this guy.
My civil case is still on going and I am tempted to share however discretion is required. I'll just say this, when it comes right down to it, he is full of hot air and his bark is worse than his bite.
