I have left TradeStation. Their customer service has gotten worse. Where else can I go to trade Palladium?

Tradestation CS was never good, fell off a cliff in Covid and never recovered.
The beauty of Tradestation is the software itself. If you don't need/want their software there are probably much better options.
Any futures broker will allow you to trade Palladium, that's not a Tradestation thing.
Two popular Brokers that have free front ends are Interactive Brokers (trade everything in on account, but very aggressive liquidation rules and terrible CS as well) and Tasty Trade (No experience).

You are absolutely correct about Tradestation's software. I just feel so comfortable with it. I'll take a closer look at Interactive Brokers and TastyTrade. Thanks.

You can also trade Palladium using Think or Swim(TOS) another free platform with Charles Schwab, formerly TD Ameritrade.
