I recall when Citigroup bought Travelers Insurance, thinking cross-selling its products to a few million Travelers customers would be a win-win. It turned out to be a lose-lose situation and Citigroup spun out Travelers several years later. Whose 'great' idea was this?
My biggest question is how much clearing risk this will add to our accounts. Thought of a crypto firm owning Ninjatrader is concerning from that perspective.
