I am comparing Sierra Charts and Ninja Trader. I am looking at the MES Sep Contract using a 2000 tick chart. Sierra charts averages 4000 on volume. NT is measuring volume in 60k to 90k. Anyone have an idea about NT having issues with Tick charts?
NT seems to be "stuck on a bar" Sierra Charts volume averages 4k per bar. NT's tick chart has 60k-90k per bar...
very weird
I opened a support case with NT support on this. I wonder if I am missing some configuration in NT

I just set this up a few days ago. I was connected to a 'Simulated Data Feed' account instead of the 'My NinjaTrader' account as seen from the Connections dropdown menu from the Control center. The My NinjaTrader account has both the my actual live account and a Sim101 account.
The Simulated Data Feed was the culprit of the issue.
I am now using my actually account in sim101 mode and the chart looks correct.
