Here are my trading statistics from today and yesterday.

One of the big lessons I learned today is trading fatigue is real and it very hard to make high level decisions on a minute-to-minute basis.

Also journaling my entries and exits real time naturally help with the undisciplined trader habit of adding to losing trades.

I think switching to just the 5 minute will help my trading dramatically because I will have more context and cut down on my trade frequency.

pretty much went against me right away first trad on the mini haha but still within all risk tolerance

Last trade of the session same location and direction test to the highs is my theory

So, first day switching from micros to minis obviously would have loved if I was green however, I respected my stops without negotiation and clearly defined areas in the price action that made sense to me for executing longs.

But most importantly I removed the fear of trading minis which will be the biggest gain moving forward.

Reason I see major range extension so expecting some short covering and placed my target at yesterdays low for the same reason

Stopped out trade went about 30 points my way then reversed and stopped me out -58 points

I had a much more ambitious profit target but i realize its the middle of the day and the 5-minute chart is clearly in a bear flag
