I get your frustration, but it just seems more of a you only problem because there's a lot of people using Rancho Dinero's various indicators, they're an established indicator vendor.

I've had problems with Rancho Support as well. There seems to be a laisse faire attitude verging on total disregard to disrespect. The products may be worthy, but it seems that they don't know how to interact positively with customers who are experiencing problems. When dealing with Troy, the experience has been great!. A while ago he hired a guy to cover support and since that time, quality of support has plumeted... Too bad.

Update:

To date, Acme or Rancho Dinero has failed to respond to any of the allegations of licence scam.
Although PayPal's term stipulates 180days, I have now contacted my bank to raise fraud charges against ACME/Rancho Dinero.
I am aware legal costs are involved, this I am prepared to pay.
My ultimate goal is to get a court judgement, and if possible seize the domain name of the fraudster(s)

BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have bought their LIFE TIME product around 2014. I have rarely used it in the past - and recently decided to re-install on Ninatrader8 and as I am logging into their site, I see NO place to download the software.

After reaching out to their SUPPORT - I was told they do NOT support V.7 anymore - and that I need to BUY the new version to use it and that they may consider providing some "perk" if I can prove I bought the original product by providing a RECEIPT.

I was looking in my mail - and could NOT find a RECEIPT from them for the product - but did find TWO instances in which I BOUGHT an option to MOVE the LICENSE to another computer (MACHINE ID etc.) - and on top of that a few emails showing them that I am a "PRO /LIFETIME member" - which Rancho Dinero were NOT SATISFIED with - and still want a RECEIPT!

So I went to PAYPAL - and seems PAYPAL does not have a history from 2014 - and now I am seeking a human response from PayPal which will only happen next week - so in essence RANCHO DINERO is causing a MAJOR OVERHEAD BURDEON on me to prove to them something that obviously was already proven.

The BOTTOM LINE is this : they have performed a MAJOR Mis-REPRESENTATION by pushing the product as a LIFE-TIME /One time buy vs. a monthly subscription and essentially created a FRAUD!!!

UPDATE ON RANCHO DINERO LICENCE SCAM CASE !!

It may please or chagrin the readers of my plight with Acme/Rancho Dinero, depending on which side of the fence you are.
For those who are objective, & those who care about truth and logic instead of banal antagonism, after Paypal turned down the case for being over 180 days old, I approached Citibank and Action Fraud ( the UK body for cyber crime).
A claim for license fraud was successfully raised and Citibank refunded the charges.
Action Fraud declined to make a criminal prosecution because the owners of Rancho Dinero are hiding behind ''company veil'' and no particular individual can be charged of the crime.

I AGREE that Rancho Dinero are LOW-LIVES LIARS & DECIEVERS(Apparently someone ate too many Nacho's / Burrito's and went up to their heads /asses)

I PAID for LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP around 2016 and didn't use their products since Ninjatrader introduced 90% of their product functionality,

When I reached out to these criminals at rancho to ask for my License /activation code - they said:

1. I CANNOT - I have to PAY IN FULL for a NEW PACKAGE as they DO NOT SUPPORT the old one .....HA....it's as if NINJATRADER would tell their users after a few years who
paid a LIFETIME LICENSE that every NEW VERSION they have to pay a LIFETIME LICENSE,

They just TOTALLY IGNORED my LICENSE!

So basically, these CRIMINALS /THIEFS - took a LIFETIME License - and screwed EVERYONE that bought it from them.
