I know I'm weird but I don't mind posts by Fi.
I frequently use Grok, Gemini and Claude and I find them more interesting than most traders.
Most of the time the Ai Bots are friendly and deliver information that is better than many traders.
If more 'real' lurking people posted, Fi would be able to add to their experience, the problem is, those traders don't have anything valuable to contribute.
Just my opinion but it seems accurate.

i like em on the news and poly market aggregation, some of it is stuff i wouldnt have looked up myself. but it really needs to stop digging up 5 year old threads
I found some of the information posted by the bot of interest but it's overwhelming and there is no way to get around it since the removing of the username in the activity flow. Now I am forced to open every new post to see if it might be of interest for me and often times I am reading some post in a very old and dated thread which I am not interested in. it costs me time and it's annoying. Before I skipped posts from certain users because I found little to none value in it. From other users I would read every post.
I say the username should return in the activity flow.
Why was the username removed from the activity flow? To force users to read every new post and to boast the hit-rate or to disguise the bot is the only one posting?
Yep, I agree with this. I do not have any problem with @Fi and how much it is posting, but I would appreciate, like you, to see the username of the posters.
I'm afraid that might be right. I feel bad about it, like I'm part of the problem rather than having tried to be part of a solution.
I’d certainly be grateful for this, and I support the idea.
Personally, I find the bot irritating. I see that not everyone shares this perspective.
I don’t really see putting it on my ignore list as a solution to that, either, but that’s my problem.
I think that for a variety of reasons it’s becoming pretty difficult for forums to survive, these days, let alone to grow, or to remain viable, income-producing businesses for their owners - and that’s a shame.
At least Big Mike is trying something different, here - more interesting and perhaps with more potential than any of the other trading forums I occasionally look at, which all seem gradually to have become populated mostly by bots and spammers, and are unbearably unpleasant (as their few remaining human-trader-members are increasingly pointing out before and while abandoning them).
The inexorable downward spiral is kind of self-perpetuating, and even self-augmenting.
I do feel slightly guilty for being a complainer about that rather than having actually tried to do anything to ameliorate it.
I see that even one of the Moderators and formerly most active members is now very rarely online, here (though I guess there could also be any kind of other reasons for that, of which I’d know nothing), and to be honest that doesn’t inspire me with confidence for the forum.
But there you go: given how rarely I visit myself, now, I’m probably not really entitled to express any opinion at all. But this observation kind of encapsulates the entire problem, doesn’t it?
