One chair I'd like to try is the saddle type chair, that helps your blood flow in your legs, but I think your desk must be slightly higher desk because your legs are not 90°

example : hag capisco chair,

cool thing is you can turn it all around to constantly change position

vid : YouTube - www.ergonomie-katalog.com: Capisco Sattelstuhl Bürostuhl

Moreover, the back of the chair is straight and won't make your own back slouch

.... But your chair is your office...

Mine certainly is. My cardiologist told me to keep my feet propped up. I sit in a leather recliner with a roll away computer stand I made and type with an ENERMAX wireless key board with built in trackball and a built in wheel mouse , both of which I can operate with my thumbs while holding the keyboard like a game controller. I absolutely love it. Not only has my trading improved but the swelling in my legs went away, the back aches disappeared and I feel great all day.

No... that's not me in the picture.... that's my girlfriend... Ok... I'm a lonely guy... what can I say...

I'm just a simple man trading a simple plan.

You are in the reclined position while you are at the desk? I would soooo fall asleep every 20 minutes flat! How do you stay awake?

I had one of these once. I don't remember desk interference being a problem. Very comfortable. You can sit in it backwards too and use the support wings to rest your elbows. I did have someone ask if it brought out my feminine side. Uh, no.

Too bad some low-life stole it from my office *sigh*. Probably the same person that made the comment.

Here is another candidate:

Sorry it took so long to answer... I fell asleep...

I sit up right I just have the foot rest up . The overstuffed recliner provides support but with all the padding is really comfortable.

Monpere it is scary that sitting for long hours can cause Deep vein thrombosis. I am taking it seriously.

I have an Aeron chair, yes they are expensive but they are great if you are sitting in them all day and you like your spine. I would buy one again.

The Aeron is a great chair. I ended up go for a Mirra because I found a good deal on one (eBay). Never thought I would pay several hundred for a chair, but I have to say, it was one of the best purchases I've made.

I have had 2 compression fractures in my back and this chair makes sitting all day comfortable. I have tried a bunch but this is the best (for me).
