A new auto trading strat wanted

Ok, I am a discretionary trader and I have a trading buddy that I trade with. He has worked out a scalping system he would like to automate and since I trade very similar to him, he and I have worked on some basic rules.

However, we know NOTHING about coding or developing auto strategies.

Therefore, we would like to work with an experienced NT7 programmer with auto trading strategy skills.

We would like to do a skype conference call and give you the details of what we want and then see if its doable and what the constraints and project management details would be.
