Any traders from California?

My wife and I will be making my way to Napa Valley early March. Besides the usual hot air balloon rides, any recommendations of vineyards, restaurants and sights?

The internet is filled with recommendations but mostly marketing know how with Google Analytics. My guess is that a local would be better at this.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Stags Leap Wines Cellars (this is the winery that put Napa Valley on the map by winning the blind taste test in France in 1976)
Robert Mondavi Winery (good tour.....my friend is the "wine educator" there)
Spring Mountain Winery
Merryvale Winery
