I need to develope or borrow an alert indicator for Ninja to sound an alert the price is crossing above and below support and resistance...I went to alerts in Ninja, I dont think that will work. I cound enhance my profits greatly and I would be glad to pay for the development!!!!!
Can you help answer these questions from other members on NexusFi?
I use swing indicator that tracks the lower low higher high etc. If I have an alert to sound when it crosses the most recent LL or HH it would allow me to react and place an order. I like to trade the break outs and pull backs as the seem to run good and keeps me out of big losses...
Check out the AutoTrendLines indicator in the NinjaTrader forum, this will help you conceptually. It uses the Swing indicator to generate trendlines and has alerts based on trendline break.

Have you tried using the Strategy Wizard to create a strategy that plays a sound when a condition is met? Attached is an image of a sample that might set you on the right path. I use strategies to create alerts when a volume threshold is met. You can record a sound file if you want a different alert than the ones Ninja provides.

i would also like to have such an indicator.... i have been using the market analyzer.. (with mixed results) ... to throw off an alert when price breaks these swings.....
I remember seeing an indicator that sounds an alert when price crosses a user drawn line. You could use something like that, if you determine your s/r levels manually, then draw lines at those levels.
