@DarrenH, when you set the symbol to open a chart put ZF: before the symbol, like ZF:6EH1, https://nexusfi.com/attachments/19223d1282901405

Check Zen Fire symbology:
Symbology - ZenFire

Also check the last few posts in this thread, I think 6E was listed:
