Soylent is liquid food, that simplifies eating (meal replacement). It contains all the necessary ingredients what a human needs, at a lower cost and time savings. A 2000 cal daily dose costs $9 and you save time by just drinking it quickly from a bottle as compared to going out for a meal or preparing something. Here is a blog a guy trying it out for 2 weeks:
Now obviously if one wants to diet, you can take less of it, instead of the 2000 cal per day. There are also similar but even more organic liquid foods on the market:
"What makes Ambronite different: Soylent is made of powdered supplements whereas Ambronite is an all-natural, organic meal-drink that uses pulverized real-food ingredients, says co-founder Simo Suoheimo, who lives in Finland. Ambronite’s 20 blended ingredients include oats, walnuts, apple, spirulina, and seabuckthorn, and everything is organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, and with no artificial ingredients. One serving has 500 calories (you can always use just half), only four grams of natural sugar, 50% of your daily total fiber needs, and over half of your protein intake."

I juiced mostly carrots. Lettuce is used to sweeten the bitter veggies. Celery adds necessary salts. Beets and their greens especially adds the vitamins and substance. Kale, collards, ginger, cucumber rounds things out. Never really did tomato. Cantaloupe (in this setting of being juiced) is the hidden super food loaded with vitamins more so than the others combined, seeds included. Papaya is the hidden gem (seeds included), doesn't really juice but pulps, and detoxes and cleanses better than Comet Cleanser...
I would usually do half gallon, sometimes a gallon at a time, then clean up before it dries on the machinery. Two tall glasses (if you can stand that much fluid at once) every two hours or as hunger calls you out, and do this for a solid day. That routine makes up for a whole lot of food, prescription and other ailments.
Good health to you all.
Oh, you can reduce the carrot to reduce the natural sugars.
I've been gluten free for 1.5 years. An IgG blood antibody test also showed allergies to dairy and eggs, so I stopped eating these too. The good news is that it was painless to drop 30 lbs and keep the weight off
Just because you can't bear the idea of eating less doesn't mean you have to change the subject to juicing again. If you do, I just might respond with abstruse ruminations about optimization of the coding of multi time frame indicators!

here are 3 of the best holistic approaches that I have come across, and benefited from, and share (not recommend), share with all my trading buddies....
perhaps in the spirit of sharing, that builds consensus, and consensus builds success! actually that concept is what built the great trading partnerships of Wall Street, where similar like minded individuals, traders and other talented operators formed their own power houses of Wall Street, long before the need to incorporate swept through the canyons of the once venerated Wall Street, fwiw....

pound for pound, I felt that those three things recommended constituted the best contribution I have done ever, to a traders thread, whether here on futures.io (formerly BMT) or elsewhere.
it would be fascinating to know how many benefit from those suggestions...
either way to sunday,
taking care of one's health, mental, spiritual, physical, psychological all helps towards being effective in trading...
