pi-Oscillator is just a smooth oscillator only but smooth than macd/rsi so it will worked well when market behavior is normal. if there are big trend day than it will give wrong signal continuous & if market is too choppy than it will not triggered.
if someones know how to ignore false signal in big trend day than he may be successful but he have to designed some money management strategy also
The solution for this is to just follow the Trend on a Trend day. Don't take signals from it on a Trend day because it will Fade the market. Just get in on a Pullback and follow the Trend. You shouldn't need an indicator anyway on a Trend day.
In my opinion, it gives you more entries than you otherwise would have. Why do I say this? In "normal market behavior" it gives good signals. This includes the signal itself + 2nd Entries based on Low Volume Tap Backs to the levels it gives you.
I tried this thing... I was tempted from the many cherry picked pics on the site. Was naively hoping they weren't cherry picked. But, as always, they are. It is trying to pick the tops/bottoms. Sometimes it does, but more often, it does not. I tried different time frames, minutes and tick charts. Tried waiting for 1,2, or 3 candles after the "pull away" signal. Tried in trends (after the fact) to see if it was calling the pullbacks correctly. Nope. Tried only looking at certain times of the day. It just is not even remotely consistent. It's funny because when you purchase the $75 trial, you have to sign an NDA and prove your home address and convince the owner you are not some type of company. Still not sure what that is all about. I have tried and purchased an embarrassing amount of day trading snake oil, and have never had to do any of that before. Only tried this on the ES btw. Maybe it works on something else? I doubt it.
Speaking of "cherry picked"? Many of these Vendors are very good at what they do. Marketing is in their blood.
Because of my chronic Lyme disease, we have looked for a secondary income to pay toward monthly medical bills. We considered a rental property. If you have ever looked at rental property photos, boy do they look good! But then you drive out to the property and find something completely different. Nobody mentions the mold for one thing. The picture you see advertised is NOT the same condition as the actual property you have before your very eyes.
This is the same skill for many Vendors. They "cherry pick" a photo and use it for the sale. But after you buy the indicator it doesn't seem to be the same as the pic.
