There is something very odd going on here and I can't tell whether Greg's venture has been ripped off by the guy that was behind EarnMAX, or whether there is some connection. Bear with me....

1. On Friday, I received emails from https://www.fund2gotrading.com/. The offering is very intriguing. Almost too good to be true, but....
2. I bought one of their plans. My card was charged. Their website didn't create an account for me. It wouldn't let me create a new account as an account existed on my email address but it also wouldn't send me a password reset. I also got no acknowledgement of account creation.
3. One of my colleagues did however with links to videos, and some file downloads for trade copying.

4. Note the look & feel similarities of https://www.fund2gotrading.com/ to https://www.thelegendstrading.com/. Virtually identical. Websites created using wix.com. The street address for https://www.thelegendstrading.com/ is real - it's GFF Brokers which is Greg's brokerage. The street address for https://www.fund2gotrading.com/ is not real. The images on the "About" page look very stock photo/ai too.

5. I engaged with the Fund2Go support to understand what was going on. Very generic non-responses. No action. So... I started digging deeper and hence my earlier question.

6. The whole Fund2Go thing - spelling mistakes, bad customer service, false street address, large number of accounts reminded me of what turned out to be the scam that was EarnMAX funding from Walid Attia. EarnMAX basically cloned LeeLoo's offering and marketing copy. Used a wix website (with a physical address of the wix.com office in San Francisco). They disappeared around 9 months ago (IIRC) after Rithmic stopped supplying their feed because they hadn't paid their bill for a long time. They were promoting deep discounts, "trade 250 accounts" etc. Total scam as you can read about here: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/earnmaxfunding.com

7. So... I started to look deeper. The credit card charge from fund2go was from an entity in Canada. Phone number +1 619 875 4204.
8. Here's our friend Walid on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/walid-attia-58769b77/. Kitchener, Canada.
9. Here he is on facebook: https://www.facebook.com/WalidAttiaTD/ and now it gets interesting (see attachment).

"Next Gen by Legends Trading"

...with a website: https://www.nextgenlegend.com/about which is pretty much a clone of Greg's https://thelegendstrading.com/about

The address for that company is real. It's a house in El Cajon, CA. ProEdge Group LLC is real. It was incorporated last month. Here's the certificate:
https://static.bizprofile.net/1/2/5/3/1/7/12531780.pdf
It's Walid Attia Ahmed.

By the way... in the YT setup videos for F2G here:
you can see the second account name in the list reads "Attia Ahmed" - the individual that's already scammed hundreds at EarnMAX.

So the big question and what I'd like to hear from Greg is:

- Have you (Greg) had your look & feel (and mailing list?) ripped off by Walid Ahmed, or
- is there some connection between what you're doing at https://thelegendstrading.com/, the clone site https://www.nextgenlegend.com and its derivative https://www.fund2gotrading.com/ ?

I've reached out to you directly by email and through LinkedIn. I'd love to know because IF F2G is genuine, I like it. But, I don't like all the associations to Walid Ahmed.

I have screenshots of EVERYTHING relating to this and fully expect that if this is a scam, hopefully not involving Greg - rather something that he's fallen victim to - that the sites will quickly disappear.

Phenomenal investigative work here... So I guess 2 questions remain...

Is Greg a victim or is Greg incompetent to the extent that he isn't on top of his business...

Earnmax left MANY people unpaid and stiffed Rithmic as well.. And then lied... That is 100% on Walid Atta... he is in fact the scammer behind EarnMax and it now appears he's at it again...

It's time for this community to PILE ON and run this scammer OUT...

This is a really important question for Greg to address.

Can Greg also address AMA questions around https://www.fund2gotrading.com/ that is clearly associated with Legends trading (see attached)? Since what I assume are the launch emails from Friday, the entire thing appears to be an operational mess which casts a lot of doubt over its legitimacy, and by association, that of Legends and GFF.

The big risk for any trader using a trading evaluator is that the evaluator fails to pay out - look at EarnMAX, let alone any number of rubbish firms in the forex evaluation space.

Credibility, consistency, reliability, honesty and transparency are crucial in this space. Over to you Greg...

Legends Trading Group is not associated with Fund2GoTrading. I have contacted the owner of Fund2GoTrading and requested for them to remove the content copied from Legends that was used on NextGen Website.

Thank you,
Greg Khojikian

Dear Traders,

It was brought to our attention that an affiliate of Legends Trading was using our content on multiple Websites without our knowledge. We were aware of NextGen and its owner being an affiliate of Legends Trading; however, had no knowledge or association with Fund2GoTrading or his past companies.

Over the weekend it was brought to my attention by many traders about Fund2GoTrading as well as their history which we had no knowledge of.

As a result, we have terminated our Affiliate relationship with this individual and asked to cease use of all content, logos, images of Legends Trading Group.

As of this morning, we noticed they took our request seriously and took NextGen website offline.

Legends Trading Group prides itself on being an ethical company. As you may be aware, I also own a registered brokerage firm and hold ourselves to the highest standards.

Just to clarify even though the owner is the same for Legends Trading and GFF Brokers, they are totally separate and cater to different types of traders. We do not share the same office space and are independent of each other even though both companies are in the same building. GFF Brokers is in Suite C while Legends is in Suite D.

I appreciate the traders taking the time to dig into this issue and bringing it to our attention.

Thank you,
Greg Khojikian
