My point of view - we all created to play this games. You cant stop to play mind games.
All perseption created by mind. Even basic things. Everything just happening and yoy
have no control to stop. Because if you can stop than you can start.
But you cant start your thougths. They appears as reaction to environmemt.

You dont had intensions to see images of things i have called. But they appears.
You wasnt having intensions to understand comnection between but you doing this.
If you dont have those intensions, than why this happens?
This is how we survive. Instant react, predict, evaluate.
We cant stop this.
Even decision to start to observe this COMES TO YOU.
What @canunit had felt in a childhood was a result of brain work.
And what happen after too.
Fear is a PROGNOSYS that this way of thinking dangerous.
It is so dangerous for little boy, that even hysteria happened.
Because if it is so, than this may lead to lose of motivation to leave - this is how brain see this.
But it is not)))
Fear of death is what making life feels so damn fresh.
You NEED to have it so you can taste the life in its full potential.
No need to stop this. This is a gift
Not the emotion or feel danger. Danger is the way you treat them. If you feel that fear (which is a danger indicator) is dangerous than afraid of fear.
So than you see the abyss and you have a frar to fall down, you will so afraid to feel fear that you will never come close to the abyss.
If you treat a fear like OK PALL I KNOW YOU HERE TO KEEP ME SAFE. THan even having fear yiu can face the abyss.
Do you feel the potential? This is real fresh life)))
Playing the games is fine. Question is are you doing it consciously or compulsively ?. Our sense organs are bound outward and meant for survival. The emotional response in our reptilian side of brain (Amygdala) is hardwired for emotional response when threat is perceived. But unlike olden days, there are very rare physical threats that threatens your survival on a day to day basis. When you employ the same emotional response system for the fallacies that only exist in your imagination, it is a problem that will require enhancing your perception and awareness. We only suffer our memory and imagination. When we resort to compulsive behavior , that is animal nature inside us, showing lack of evolution. Unlike animals, we have the power of choice, employing that choice consciously is evolution .
While I agree most part on emotional intelligence, emotional regulation is very much possible. I am not stating it from any book or article but from my own life experience. Thoughts are generated from the vast amount of memory you accumulated every moment of your life. It is not just your brain, every cell in your body have memory. So thoughts are essentially recycling accumulated information. A thought can generate a feeling or emotion and one may spent fighting these feelings / emotions , trying to control them or get rid of them or stop them causing further anxiety and depression etc.
At the same time you can enhance your perception and awareness, thoughts happen as usual but there is a space between and there are no emotional roller-coaster with every thought. This is very much possible from my own experience. Seven years ago when I started this journey, I tried almost everything to deal with anxiety, fear and impulsive behavior ( Hypnosis , light and sound machines, bi-neural beats, Sedona method, emotion code, Lefkoe Method, Zen, Isha yoga ) etc etc. That being said, everybody goes thru their own path and pace, ultimately and hopefully finding what works for them.

Moreover. Emotions are helping too better understand market.
No need to fight or run. Just let it stay and do its work. And than its gone.
You should read books about hypnosis.
Hypnosis just a tool. If method of dealing with emotion is shit than hypnosis does not do a good job.
I have a method which i believe can solve those "problems". As they are just missunderstanding of yourself.

It is called regressive therapy. Jay Cataldo and Cal Banyan do this stuff in usa.
Yesterday this method was partly done.
The idea is to rewrite neuron connections in your brain to reteach it
react in the new way.
It can be done in a few ways.
Fast slow and very slow way.
What i am offered you yesterday is a slow way.
Fast is you go in to hyonisis with a specialist.
After you together discover disturbing feelings.
And so on.
Me method is to discover the uncomfortable feeling and through
Behavioral Cognitive method teach a person new way of reaction.
I am doing this by leading attention of a person to the points where person
discovers another understanding of problem.
Yesterday as example. You had insight and this is alliows you to
reevaluate all your experience as a trader.
Now you see everything different and you understand better why you still at this level.
Next step to teach you that you stronger than fear and can deal with it.
After this step completed you will be able to see market different.
I've been trading a while and still get tripped up by these psychological issues.
I enter trades and sometimes as soon as it goes into a small profit I bring my stop to break even. I do this because I don't want to lose, yet when a trade goes straight to a loss I let it ride more than my initial acceptable risk. Why ... I suppose I have to answer the questions you highlighted earlier.
