This is likely an entitlement issue in the back office of your broker. You can verify with my support. The chart shows up since the historical data request is routed directly to our servers, not Continuum's.
I ran straight into the same problem @supermht discovered. Did the Instrument Reset, restarted NinjaTrader and it cleared up the problem.
If anyone else runs into the yellow "SubscribeMarketDepthResolve" error messages in the Log when connecting for the first time try the Instrument Reset ... here is the Ninja support thread on that problem for reference...
The reason for this is that some of you have a NinjaTrader database that pre-dates our release of Continuum. The database thus does not hold the required symbol mapping for Continuum. Resetting Instruments procedure loads the required symbol maps into the database.
I was informed by Dorman that all their NinjaTrader Continuum clients (direct or through an IB such as Mirus) can now have access to Eurex and ICE. However, you need to request this entitlement from your broker.
FWIW my experience with continuum has been really good so far. I use OFA tools and testing the bid/ask data next IQ Feed has been nearly identical. Trade executions have actually been noticeably a little quicker than years on Zen. No heavy volume to really test it yet but encouraging compared to the last few weeks.
right, so far so good here, accurate and smooth. I tested tick chart too, very stable. and good execution.
it also includes soybean oil and soybean meal data.
